Back-End Design Services
The Back-End Design Services cover design processes including SRAM BIST/BISR, Scan Chain Insertion, Logic BIST, Automatic Place and Route (APR) and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG). After the processes mentioned above are completed, iSTART-TEK will provide customers with GDSII document for subsequent manufacturing and testing.
