iSTART-TEK’s independently developed EZ-Safety is a safety IP designed to coexist with existing MBIST circuits and automatically handle data backup, testing, and restoration. It targets the “critical memories” inside automotive chips, with key features including:
• Automatic data backup before testing
• Automatic data restoration after testing (if no errors are detected)
• Immediate notification to the main control system when read/write errors occur
