MSW (Memory Status Watch-Dog) is used to identify information of faulty memories in the POT mode
ARF (Automatic Repairing Flow) is used to repair failing memory automatically in the POT mode
CSV (Circuit Self-Verification) is used to guarantees the correctness of BIST circuits
ARS (Accumulative Repairing Solutions) is used to repair failing memories while new defects occur during the in-field stage

With the Multi-Chain feature, users can design any number of chains based on their Soc design requirements to control the power consumption and transmission speed and realize diverse SoC designs

Use memories’ power information to control the power consumption of memory groups

When the power consumption of memory groups exceeds the SoC’s power consumption number threshold, START/EZ-BIST will rearrange the memory groups automatically

When customers have layout definition files already, they can arrange memory groups based on the layout definition files
